Who is GymPros: We are proud to be the largest frum gymnastics program in the world, with a beautiful state-of-the-art facility, and brand new pro-grade equipment.
What is Gymnastics: Gymnastics is a sport that incorporates skills like cartwheels, handstands, and flips.
What does a trip to GymPros include: A trip to the GymPros facility will give campers a taste of this exciting world and is sure to be a hit for all ages. For all groups, GymPros will provide coaches who will lead them in learning basic gymnastics skills and playing gymnastics-related games. The kids will get to use our beams, bars, trampolines, spring floor, landing mats, climbing rope, and all of our beautiful equipment. If history is any guide, it will be hard to get them back onto the buses to head home...
Where is GymPros located: We are centrally located in Spring Valley, in the Central Crossing shopping center on Route 59 (also home to Turtle Boo, Kidichic, and MedRite). We are 2 minutes off the NYS Thruway (exit 14) so this can also be a perfect stop as part of a larger trip.
What should the girls wear: Since the girls will have the opportunity to flip on the bars, jump on trampolines, walk upside down in their handstands, etc., having the girls wear leggings under their skirts is recommended. If you prefer not to have the girls wear leggings, please let the office know.
